With the adoption of the new e-money requirements and the Payment Services Directive we have seen increased interest from e-money issuers and providers of payment services. Much of our work in this area involves providing advice in relation to whether any kind of authorisation or registration is required and then assisting firms prepare and submit an appropriate application.
