Thursday 9 February 2012: Mortgage Market Review
We are pleased to invite you to our February briefing, which will look at the recently published FSA Mortgage Market Review. The scope of the review is extensive and presents potentially significant change for lenders, intermediaries and other associated businesses. Our session will focus on several key areas covered by the review including but not limited to responsible lending, distribution and disclosure, niche markets, non-banks and arrears and repossessions. The subject matter is of relevance to compliance officers and senior management of lenders and mortgage intermediaries. The session may also be useful to certain legal professionals and anyone interested in the mortgage market.
We are offering two sessions - a morning session on Thursday 9th February at 8:00am, and an afternoon session on the same day at 4:45pm, both in our London office. The programme for both sessions is set out below:
