Financial Stability
The need to maintain focus on the financial stability of firms is highlighted in the FSA's Business Plan, it states "stress testing will be a crucial discipline, applied by the FSA as a continuous supervisory tool". It goes on to say that prudential supervision "applying the enhanced capabilities which we have built up over the last three years" will be a continued focus throughout the next two years.
We have extensive experience in helping firms of all types with prudential issues. We have particular experience in relation to ICAAPs, Pillar 3 disclosures and in helping firms design appropriate stress tests.
