Skilled Persons Reports
Under section 166 of the FSMA the FCA/PRA can require a firm to provide it with a report by a "skilled person". We are well placed to carry out such assignments drawing on the extensive experience of our management team and staff as regulators, compliance officers and consultants. We have undertaken section 166 work and we would be happy to discuss with you in more detail the requirements and the processes that need to be followed should the regulator seek a "skilled persons" report.
