Broad and deep knowledge of financial services
Bovill’s clients are varied. At one end are small start-up organisations who we help to develop their business plans to secure funding and seek authorisation or licensing. Once established we are on hand to ensure they are kept abreast of regulatory changes and to provide advice and practical support.
At the other end of the spectrum we work with some of the world’s largest financial institutions, for example we are part of the court appointed Monitor overseeing HSBC’s implementation of the US Department of Justice deferred prosecution agreement. This is an extensive project utilising our people, knowledge and project management skills on an international basis.
And we work with every size of firm in between. We work with clients spanning the financial services spectrum including:
- Buy-side and sell-side
- Retail and institutional sectors
- Global financial conglomerates
- Exchanges and infrastructure providers
- Traditional and innovative business models
Due to our independence and entrepreneurial nature we are able to partner with other firms, including technology and service providers, and lawyers, to deliver a service that is broader than our traditional remit.
