NEWS RELEASE: Global financial services regulatory consultancy Bovill announces that Joe DiGiglio, has joined the firm as a New York based Managing Consultant. Joe’s appointment signals the continued growth of the firm’s US business.
Bovill is a leading provider of financial and regulatory consulting services to investment advisers, broker-dealers, private fund managers, CPOs, CTAs and FCMs. Bovill has over 80 staff globally, split between the US, UK and Asia. The first US office was opened in Chicago in 2017.
Joe has fifteen years of experience in regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Bovill he was a Senior Compliance Officer for Cadre and a Senior Principal Consultant for ACA Compliance Group. His compliance career has involved a great variety of roles, including two years at the National Regulatory Service and internal compliance work for: a boutique Broker-Dealer, a $1B structured products hedge fund, and Goldman Sachs’ Private Wealth Management team.
