Understanding the FCA’s Sustainability Disclosure Requirements

The release of the FCA’s consultation paper (CP22/20) set out a clear intent from the regulator to clamp down on ‘greenwashing’ and introduce a series of measures including sustainable investment labels, disclosure requirements and restrictions on the use of sustainability-related terms in product naming and marketing.
