Cort is a Consultant in our Americas team, supporting investment advisers on daily operational matters to comply with US regulatory requirements. Cort has expertise in drafting bespoke policies and identifying solutions to compliance goals.
Before joining Bovill, Cort worked as a court clerk and research assistant, drafting documents and researching legal issues.
Cort holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with minor in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Sturm College of Law, University of Denver. He is also a member of the New York Bar.
