Jensen is a Consultant in the Bovill Hong Kong team and has regulatory compliance experience with a focus on asset management industries.
Before joining the Bovill team, Jensen worked as HSBC and Citi as investment fund trustee, with a focus on investment compliance, operational control and fund compliance issues. More recently, Jensen has also worked at another compliance consulting firm, which involved liaising with the SFC on behalf of clients, conducting internal regulatory projects, handling SFC license applications and providing ongoing compliance support for clients including asset managers, wealth managers and securities brokers.
Jensen has a Graduate degree in Law from University of Birmingham, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Exeter, UK.
