Mac is an associate within Bovill’s Wealth team. He helps a wide range of clients meet their regulatory requirements, provides guidance on specific regulatory issues and assistance with FCA authorisation applications. Mac also provides support on some of Bovill’s past business reviews and remediation projects.
Before Bovill, Mac spent two and half years at the FCA within the Supervision Hub. Within this time, Mac provided guidance to regulated firms on how to maintain regulatory requirements, complete regulatory returns and mitigate risks. Mac also provided guidance to firms who were looking to become FCA authorised. Mac has an extensive knowledge of the FCAs systems such as Connect and RegData.
Mac holds a Professional Bankers certificate, Level 3 Securities and Investment certificate and a Level 3 Senior Customer and Financial Advisors certificate.
