Tom is a consultant in our Funds Team in London. He works with a wide range of clients on FCA applications, reporting, policies and procedures and compliance monitoring. Tom joined Bovill after spending two years in consultancy providing ongoing compliance monitoring to an array of firms including private equity, hedge funds and advisor-arranger firms. His previous role included spending six months ‘in house’ at a large investment manager, assisting with short-sell reporting and SM&CR implementation.
Tom graduated from the University of Bristol where he studied Chemistry. He is currently studying towards the CISI Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance having recently completed the CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
