Tracy joined as a Consultant in our Funds team. After 12 years working in compliance roles for small UK fund managers, with a focus on venture capital and commercial property. Having previously held the SMF 16 and SMF 17 roles, she has first-hand experience of managing the compliance issues that smaller firms face.
Tracy works with firms in the EIS, AIFMD, venture capital and corporate finance sectors. Her previous experience means she has a broad knowledge of all areas of compliance that face these firms. Tracy is a member of the EISA’s Regulatory and Legal Committee, so is at the forefront of regulatory practices and changes in the EIS sector.
Tracy moved to compliance after an early career in legal practice and as an undergraduate law lecturer. She holds an LL.B (Hons) law degree and an LL.M (Master of Laws) in commercial law. Tracy also holds the full Financial Planning Certificate and is part-qualified under ICSA’s Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme.
