NEWSLETTER: Happy Fourth of July.
We are excited to announce continued growth in the US with the addition of Andrew Lucks to our New York team. Andrew joins Bovill to further build out our US regulatory coverage following two years at a compliance consulting firm in New York and four years at FINRA. With half the calendar year behind us and summer holidays approaching we look forward to spending some time introducing Andrew to clients and friends.
After a flurry of activity to begin the year, US regulatory agencies have been relatively quiet. This is not a totally unanticipated result as the new agency brass work to set themselves up for their time at the helm. We suspect more activity in the latter half of 2021 into 2022.
