NEWSLETTER: It’s hard to believe the first quarter of 2021 (or as someone recently described it to me, the 5th quarter of 2020) is behind us already. A flurry of US regulatory requirements – Form ADV, annual reviews and fund audits – seem to ensure that the first three months of any year are particularly busy.
Additionally, US regulatory authorities have produced their annual reports giving us all insight into the year ahead, highlighted by the SEC’s annual exam priorities.
