NEWSLETTER: Summer is behind us and it’s only 85 days to the end of the year – just a short time to complete all the usual annual requirements. The regulatory agencies seem to have started picking up activity with a few rules under review. We expect to see a few regulatory developments starting at the beginning of 2022, and meanwhile the examination teams are looking very active.
There have been a few changes here at Bovill US. I have recently joined the team having held a number of in-house compliance roles across Investment Advisories and Investment Banking We’re relocating to new office space in New York and, together with Joe DiGiglio, our SEC specialist, Ivana Popratnjak, our NFA specialist, and Andrew Lucks, our FINRA specialist, we are building a team with full coverage of the US regulatory landscape. As ever we’re also supported by our colleagues in the UK and Asia when it comes to international regulatory challenges and specialist areas such as financial crime.
I’m thrilled to have joined the team and am excited to meet you in months to come.
