We have ambitious growth plans and are currently recruiting a number of Associates with the potential to develop into Consultants, to join us and work across our investment management, broking and trading, banking, wealth management and financial crime teams based from our London office, gaining great exposure to all areas of regulatory compliance.
We are approaching our 20th anniversary and have spent that time helping financial services firms (across a broad range of types of different companies, both in size and what they do), to thrive. We’ve built a team of professionals with the right experience and know-how to deal with regulation so clients can focus on their business goals. We now have over 500 clients, who regularly seek our support, across the UK, Europe, US and Asia and offices in London, Chicago, Singapore and Hong Kong. And we are proud to stay independently owned.
As we specialise in helping clients solve difficult and interesting problems, we look for people who thrive on intellectual challenge, can roll up their sleeves to delve into issues and get satisfaction from helping clients, conduct a thorough analysis of a problem and translate that into practical advice. So we set high standards.
You will have a minimum of 2 years relevant professional experience in a financial services, professional services or legal environment. While the discipline isn’t important, you will need to have a 2:1 degree and be prepared to work towards or already hold a professional financial services qualification. You also need first class communication skills, a passion for solving interesting problems and have an interest in learning how to manage relationships with clients and the wider team.
