Herman is an Associate with Bovill in Hong Kong, supporting clients with regulatory compliance – with a particular focus on asset management.
Herman has worked as a compliance consultant for several years, liaising with the SFC on behalf of clients, conducting internal regulatory projects, handling SFC license applications and providing ongoing compliance support for clients from the asset management, pension plan investment, wealth management and fintech sectors.
Herman has a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business Administration (Business Analytics and Financial Engineering) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
