When you start out we can give our views on whether you need to be licensed in Singapore – and find the most suitable license, or exemption, for you. For some, we will then take full ownership of the MAS application process – from preparation of compliance documentation and business plans, to liaising with MAS and making sure you are ready to be a licensed FMC. For others, we will simply be on hand to answer any questions that you might have with the licensing process.
From there, you will have a dedicated consultant to help you manage your compliance obligations under MAS rules and regulations. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to our ongoing support – we’ll make sure that we understand your requirements before we customise our services to your needs. We can prepare and update your compliance monitoring programme – and do the monitoring for you if you like. We’ll tell you about any new regulations that you need to comply with, and help you to implement them. We’ll be at the end of the telephone if you need to ask us anything. And because we’re experts in European and US regulation too, we can also help you if you wish to do business there – whether it’s raising capital in Germany, opening a branch in the UK, or becoming an Exempt Reporting Adviser in the US.
