NEWS RELEASE: Archax has today become the first ever FCA regulated digital securities exchange and custodian in the UK. Bovill congratulate Archax on this landmark achievement, which represents a significant milestone in the development of the digital assets market in the UK.
Bovill partnered with Archax early in their journey towards FCA authorisation, helping to design a compliance framework fit for the digital asset world. That partnership then extended throughout the authorisation process, with Bovill providing guidance and support during crucial stages of the FCA’s application review process.
