Consumer Duty – demonstrating ‘fair value’

As we get into the detail of Consumer Duty implementation, it seems ‘fair value’ means very different things to different firms. Waiting until the July deadline to realise you’re out of step is not an option. And Senior Managers will need to demonstrate they were part of the conversation.
