Two-thirds of the first calendar quarter is mostly in the book. Annual reporting obligations are in full swing and, with due dates quickly approaching, people’s attention is mostly on closing out 2020. We are busy assisting clients with these processes.
In the last two weeks, winter bared its teeth across most of the US and, when added to the ongoing COVID-19 limitations, an even larger portion of the US found themselves hunkering down (with the exception of Florida on both accounts). Helpfully, US regulators have been relatively quiet as the new administration works to embed their nominations and the revolving door spins.
